The Ceca Award seeks to improve the resident experience by recognizing and rewarding exceptional caregivers. By celebrating acts of compassion and kindness in our communities, Ceca reinforces the caregiving qualities of empathy, humor, integrity, professionalism, and teamwork important to residents.
The Ceca Award Committee selects one winner per quarter. At the end of the year, all Ceca Award winners are eligible for the Employee of the Year award. It is through their exceptional resident care and personal integrity that continues to distinguish Goodwin House as a premier and dynamic Life Plan Community for older adults.
