Emerging Leaders Program
The mission of the Goodwin House Emerging Leader Program is to support the professional growth of employees with demonstrated leadership capacity by providing educational opportunities and developing leadership skills that meet the organizational needs of our communities.
The Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) develops employees throughout Goodwin House who have demonstrated leadership capacity. ELP is a rigorous 10 months of leadership classes, assigned reading and writing exercises, one-on-one leadership coaching and working with a mentor, with a Capstone Project at the end. ELP ensures participating employees have the tools necessary for growth.
