Goodwin House Foundation is a non-profit organization committed to the belief that aging with dignity and grace includes freedom from financial worry. Since 1989, the Foundation has fulfilled this commitment, ensuring that no resident of the Goodwin House communities be forced to leave due to inability to pay. In addition, financial assistance is available to qualifying individuals wishing to move into a Goodwin House community.

Continuing a tradition of philanthropy that began with the first gift of property in 1963, the Foundation is funded solely by charitable contributions. No funds come from residents’ fees. With ongoing efforts, the Foundation continues to develop resources not only to maintain a safety net for residents, but also to enhance the lives of aging men and women in the surrounding communities.
