Goodwin House at Home is designed for healthy, active adults 55 and older who want to combine the independence of living at home with the security of life care benefits found in a continuing care community.
Serving Northern Virginia, Members of Goodwin House at Home are able to stay in their homes as they age, while being given the support for all stages of life and at all levels of living. Member benefits include a professional Member Services Facilitator, home safety assessment, social and wellness programs, chronic disease management, transportation to medical appointments when necessary and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). With one call, Goodwin House at Home can assist Members with obtaining services such as a landscaping and home repair or coordinating transportation for routine doctor’s appointments or errands.
With five flexible financing options, Goodwin House at Home offers a customized approach so Members can choose the right amount of coverage, ensure their financial future and protect financial assets.
Goodwin House at Home is the first program of its kind in Northern Virginia and the one of only two approved in the Commonwealth of Virginia at this time.
