How to Give

The Foundation welcomes gifts to support our many programs.  Our primary goal is to fund the Fellowship Program, which provides financial assistance so that no residents will ever have to leave Goodwin House because of a lack of money.  Also, the Foundation has many other programs and services that support the needs of residents and staff.  Gifts can be made through cash and credit card, monthly billing (residents), payroll deduction (staff), or through estate planning.  Foundation staff work with donors to make giving as easy as possible.

Donors can give in many ways, including cash, stocks, bonds, property, insurance or bequests. Gifts may be made in memory or in honor of an individual, and can also provide life income for the donor or another individual. The Foundation receives bequests from estates of residents and friends. All gifts are fully tax-deductible under IRS regulations and may provide additional tax advantages for a donor.
