Our family of services includes two senior life plan communities – Goodwin House Alexandria and Goodwin House Bailey’s Crossroads; an innovative living at home life care program – Goodwin House at Home; and a growing Medicare-certified service – Goodwin House Palliative Care and Hospice. GHI advances its mission through a 501(c)(3) supporting foundation that provides financial support to current and future residents in need and to fund programs dedicated to well-being and vibrant living as we age.

Goodwin House Incorporated Selects Senior Living Executive Robert Liebreich as New President and CEO

May 24, 2019 – Alexandria, VA – The Board of Trustees of Goodwin House Incorporated (GHI) is delighted to announce the selection of Robert “Rob” Liebreich as President and Chief Executive Officer to succeed Kathy Anderson, who is retiring after 17 years of extraordinary service. Anderson has led GHI to a place of significant financial and organizational strength and a reputation for excellence and innovation in senior living and care.

Goodwin House Incorporated Hosts Dementia Friendly Community Summits

February 19, 2019 – Alexandria, VA – Goodwin House Incorporated (GHI) is inviting local community partners to participate in summits to discuss the Dementia Friendly American (DFA) movement and how we might bring it to the Northern Virginia region. Two summits will occur in late February, one at each Goodwin House Life Plan Community.
